BAM Gala

Brooklyn, NY / 2018

BAM’s annual performance and gala began with a hot pink “red carpet” that led guests along the Brooklyn waterfront into Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The warehouse was transformed into a space filled with old sets and backdrops from theater history, fusing the institution’s history with contemporary art and performance. The performances were curated by BAM artist Andrew Ondrejcak who sought to bring together artists old and young, contemporary and classic, famous and not. The lively evening introduced a new energy and new donors to the institution.
